Pancakes!

I love pancakes so much! It's such a shame to see them only being cooked on Pancake Day! This recipe is for the fluffy ones which are preferred in our home and this recipe makes about 20 small ones ☺️

Our favourite toppings include Nutella & Strawberries, Syrup and Sugar & Lemon! 🥞

p.s - you can make the batter the night before and pop it in the fridge ready to use in the morning or cook and freeze them for a rainy day!
