Welcome to the taste of my teenage school years lunches!

There was a little corner shop just on the other side of the outside of my school and once we were old enough to leave the premises at lunch time, this was the place to go! Along with the classic ice poles, freddos and naughty magazines on the top shelf which we all used to giggle at, they had a hot counter which had these delicious meat patties.

They were the most delicious thing so I just had to recreate them.

At first I wasn't sure if their taste was something purely deliciously nostalgic however my family have confirmed that they are actually very yummy!
