Hob Nob Biscuits

About 5 years ago I mastered this recipe (in my humble opinion) and for some odd reason never appeared to write my final version down anywhere!


However, I was around my Nanny's house last week sifting through all the recipes she cut out of magazines and alas! I had emailed it to her back in 2018 and she had printed it out and stuck it in her scrapbook!


In the 3 days that have passed I've made them 3 times and can confirm they really are perfect! The size of the ball dictates the overall end biscuit so a flatter biscuit will give you slightly more crunchy biscuit however no matter what size they are they are so bloody delicious!!
