I used to work in a chocolate shop and they were famous for their delicious hot chocolate and rightfully so! They were so thick and indulgent that every time I made one for a customer I always craved one myself! I knew vaguely how they made the base mixture so I decided to replicate them as best as I could and I have definitely achieved the same delicious taste of my chocolate shop past...

This will make around 5 -10 drinks depending on the size of your mug or cup!

Any leftover base mix will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!

And of course, you can make with with dark or white chocolate if you prefer!
