This recipe makes 12 big old puddings and if that's too many for you, they freeze beautifully! If we are feeding a lot of people we will always cook and freeze these in advance so it gives us less to do on the day and more oven space! Pop in the oven, still frozen, for 8 mins and they will be perfect!
