Teriyaki Spam with Egg Ribbons & White Rice


This is mine and Sofias favorite quick and easy dinner! Everytime my husband is away or at work this is our dinner of choice! He won't eat it because he doesn't like the thought of eating Spam and yeah I kind of get it however once its fried and all crispy and caramelised you will be converted!!



Now for the rice, I'm aware how vague my quantity is because I always purposely boil up too much and leave any extra in a tupperware in the fridge as it makes excellent fried rice the following day! And I know some of you will be fully aware of this but I recently learned the importance of washing your rice. You need to be washing it until the water runs clear and salt your water when cooking too else your rice is going to not really taste of anything. You want a good pinch of salt in that water! Okay I think that's all, enjoy!
