I feel like the name for this one needs some extra thought however don't let that put you off this really yummy recipe! You can make this more soupy if you prefer, just adjust your stock/pasta levels. Sofia had a white top on when I photographed this therefore I didn't make it very liquid at all 😂
It's super quick and easy to make, I always make double of the stock part and freeze a batch so I have it on hand ready for a quick an easy lunch!
