Subway Style Italian Herb and Cheese Bread

I have a lot of recipes on here which I am proud of however I think this one could be my proudest!!  

Lately I've been on a mission to make more home cooked food from scratch for my family. See my new year's resolutions here! And my main objective was to make all our bread from scratch. Some recipes are still in the making (focaccia is proving tricky) but this one I have absolutely nailed!!! 

So, if you are familiar with the very popular sandwich chain Subway then I’m sure you would have laid eyes on their Italian Herbs & Cheese Bread. It's my absolute favourite and I have managed to recreate the recipe here for you! It's so easy and I hope you all enjoy it!!
