The most cosy and comforting dish. Perfect for this relentless rainy and windy weather we are having here in the UK right now! I always make extra of the 'bean part' of this as it is fantastic as leftovers on jacket potatoes or as fancy beans on toast. This recipe will make about 6 portions and you can add as many sausages in as your family will eat! Usually we have about 8; 4 for my husband, 3 for me and 1 for Sofia!
