Chorizo, Red Onion & Butterbean Soup

I've been making this soup for years now and it's always been a favourite in our home and it's soooo easy to make! I hate to say it but quality ingredients will really make the difference here, get the best stock and chorizo your budget can stretch to.

This serves 4 people and I really recommend serving it with warm, crusty bread 😋
