Bacon, Courgette & Red Pepper Soup

A super delicious soup which we enjoy regularly in our home! You can use dried lentils or other dried pulses in this recipe rather than tinned just remember to soak them overnight the night before. (If you are from the UK, most supermarkets do an excellent country soup grain mix!)

Serve this with my milk rolls for a delicious accompaniment!
