Autumn Crumble!

I posted this on my Instagram and the unique crumble topping was such a hit that it definitely deserves a place here on my blog too!!

I didn't have enough ingredients in the house to cover the whole crumble so I had a browse in the pantry and grabbed a handful of digestives and crumbled them over the top.

It was an excellent addition to the crumble and one I will continue to do from now on!
